Presentation of the monitoring system to the Secretary General of the ITU 29/06/2011

Dr Hamadoun Toure, Secretary General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), took part in a meeting with the Technical Consultancy Service (SAT) and the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) during his recent visit to Argentina.
At that meeting, Héctor Carril, Engineer, gave a presentation on the characteristics of the continuous electromagnetic field monitoring system installed in that country. Dr Pochettino, Dean of the 3iA Institute (Research Institute of Environmental Engineering), also gave a presentation at that meeting.
